Jared Birckholtz, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney. He has spent over a decade of his legal career working for two different national insurance companies, where he was both an adjuster and attorney who defended the companies in personal injury lawsuits and claims. Jared’s unique experience gives him the tools he needs to fully navigate the personal injury process from start to finish. Jared believes that every individual client has a cause and needs a strong legal advocate on their side.

A native of New Hampshire, Jared graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. Jared completed his first year of law school at the University of Maine before transferring to Regent University in Virginia Beach, where he finished his education. He has been a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia ever since.

Jared enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children. He also loves surfing, skiing, hiking, camping, and fishing.
