Mr. Josh Coe was recommended to my husband and I through a trusted family friend. We had been involved in a motor vehicle accident in January 2020. In October 2017 one of my sons was involved in an automobile accident in Virginia Beach, VA. Luckily there were no major personal injuries in either vehicle. Local police that responded determined that the other vehicle driver was at fault. My son was transported to a local hospital for evaluation of possible injuries. He was treated in the emergency room for approximately three hours then released with direction to follow up with a local physician for his injuries. That three hour hospital visit along with follow ups cost over $18,000.00. None of which was going to be covered by my sons insurance carrier. Also my sons vehicle was determined to be totaled by the insurance carrier. Instead of going directly to an accident attorney I thought we would be able to settle with the insurance companies ourselves. What a big mistake on my part! Initial contact with both insurance companies sounded promising and was even told that it would settle with full medical being paid by Christmas time. With each phone call and letter there was excuse after excuse and the case was even turned over twice to other insurance company accident representatives which seemed to restart everything over from the beginning. After months of constant excuses and insurance company delay tactics I decided to reach out to Attorney Joshua Coe in Virginia Beach, VA. He was recommended through family contacts. Also about this time we were making preparations for a move to the west coast which would add complications communicating with insurance company contacts. After sitting down with Attorney Coe and going over the details of the vehicle accident and injuries, he accepted the case even knowing of our pending move out of state. Attorney Coe and staff immediately took the burden of dealing with the insurance companies and medical bills off my shoulders which relieved the stress that I was feeling. We were always kept current regarding the status of the case and how it was proceeding.
